Right of Withdrawal As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you received the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly personalized. Since all AGONY jeans are handcrafted to order, returns may not be accepted unless the item is defective.

Refunds If a return is accepted, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Defective Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will cover return shipping costs in such cases.
